Information we collect

When you contact us, request a quote, or book a cleaning, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service address or ZIP code, cleaning preferences, home details, messages, and any photos you choose to share. We may also receive information from calls, texts, or emails you send us.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare estimates, schedule and provide cleaning services, communicate about appointments, handle customer service issues, and maintain business records.

Website and service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify. We use Namecheap Private Email for business email and Google Voice for business calls and text messages. These providers may process information as necessary to deliver their services. If we introduce an online quote form or additional tools, we will update this notice to describe the relevant providers and practices.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers or personnel as reasonably necessary to operate our business and fulfill your request, or when required by law. We do not sell customer contact information.

Photos and home details

Please share only photos and information needed for an estimate. Avoid including people, sensitive documents, financial information, or other private details in photos.

Storage and security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no online service or method of communication is completely secure. We keep information as long as reasonably needed for service, recordkeeping, or legal purposes.
