Skip the Routine Cleaning provides residential cleaning services in Chicago and surrounding areas, subject to availability. Specific services, included tasks, optional add-ons, timing, and service locations are confirmed with each customer before booking.

Quotes and pricing

Submitting a quote request does not create a booking or guarantee a price. Estimates depend on information provided about the property and requested work. We will confirm the scope and price before a booking is accepted. If actual conditions differ materially from the description, we will discuss any proposed changes before proceeding.

Scheduling and access

Appointments are subject to confirmation and availability. Customers are responsible for arranging safe, timely access to the property and identifying any access instructions, pets, fragile items, or areas that require special care.

Preparation and safety

Please secure valuables, sensitive documents, and hazardous items. We may decline or stop work where conditions pose a health or safety risk, including unsafe access or hazardous materials. Any resulting changes will be discussed with the customer.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. Any cancellation fee or minimum notice requirement must be communicated and agreed to before your booking is confirmed; this page does not establish a cancellation fee.

Payment

Accepted payment methods, payment timing, and any applicable charges will be communicated before the service is confirmed. Do not send payment-card details through the website inquiry form or by ordinary email.

Concerns about service

If you have a concern about a completed cleaning, contact us promptly with a description and, if helpful, photos. We will review the concern and discuss an appropriate resolution. No automatic refund or satisfaction guarantee is promised by this page.
